Evolution of HRD

Our journey began when HRD Summit was established in 2002 and played host to the most senior HR and people leaders on the globe. It was here that our HRD community was created, through which senior people leaders could connect and collaborate whilst gaining intelligence on the most pressing issues within the industry.

However, when the global pandemic hit in 2020, pausing in-person events, we ensured that our community remained united and continued to gain the insights and value they needed through creating HRD: A Virtual Experience.

This provided an online, immersive learning environment where our community could continue to connect and explore the most important themes that emerged in 2021.

As a consequence of the HRD Virtual Experience, emerged the new HRD Collective; an online space that will provide HR leaders with the connections and strategies needed to help continue to forge the future of work.

The HRD Collective has evolved from the conversations with our HR community on what matters to them and how they want to receive insights and work collaboratively with peers – it is built for and by the community itself.

The HRD Collective is the entry point to a networked community that you can come back to again and again. Here we will explore the strategic challenges of tomorrow through carefully curated interactive Digital Incubator sessions, under the guidance of our solution-orientated session leads.

Once part of the Collective, you will remain part of the community.
