Mandeep Bajwa joined Gett as Chief People Officer in May 2021, with responsibility for Gett’s talent and global expansion from a people perspective. Prior to Gett, Mandeep was part of WeWork’s HR leadership for the EMEA region and also acted as HR Leader for CloudKitchens in EMEA. Her focus and passion are to provide forward-thinking solutions for the many positive challenges that come with a scaling business.
After fifteen years in front-line sales, Kate moved into what was then called Capability Development since which time she’s never looked back. Kate has worked in industries as varied as oil and gas and food manufacturing, she’s worked for herself and now, leads the Enablement function for Getty Images, an organisation that, relatively speaking, is still in its infancy. Kate feels lucky to work for a company whose goal is to move the world through the images we produce and to be surrounded by people who are experts in their field.
